All orders accepted by Jess Fuller are subject to the following terms & conditions:

Ordering:

If you are interested in ordering an original painting, print or card please contact me. My address and telephone number are shown below or you can use the contact form on this website.

Prices:

All prices are expressed in pounds sterling and include postage and packing for UK customers. Overseas customers, please contact me by email for a delivery charge estimate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery:

All delivery charges are included for UK customers. All orders should be dispatched within 7 working days of receipt and should be received by you within a further 7 working days. I do not accept liability for delays caused once pictures have been dispatched. If you do not receive your order within this time, please contact me.

Returns and Refunds:

I hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to you may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase or 7 days of receipt (whichever is longer). If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods when you receive them you may return them for a full refund (less any delivery charges) within 30 days of receipt. Any pictures must be returned in original condition and original packaging. I cannot accept responsibility for any return lost in transit and recommend you return the picture using Recorded Delivery from the Post Office. If your picture arrives damaged, please inform me within 3 working days.

Print Descriptions:

Every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of my pictures available for purchase, but this does not guarantee a perfect reproduction of the original. To help you make your selection approximate sizes of a picture and a room/chair size guide have been included. These are for guidance only ( and should not be taken for exact measurements).

Copyright of all works displayed and sold on this website remain the property of the artist. No copying of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial is allowed without prior agreement in writing from the artist.

Privacy:

Jess Fuller respects your privacy and will not trade or rent your name, home or email address or phone number to any third party other than where necessary to fulfil an order. Any information you provide is strictly confidential.
